What is Proposition 65 and why does it appear on some products?
This warning is the result of a California law, called “Proposition 65,” which requires labeling any product that contains more than 0.5 micrograms of lead per recommended daily dose. Lead can be found in the environment, soil and water, some vegetables and crops may have some traces of it. Our products contain natural products, herbs and vitamins therefore this element could be present (due to lead that could be found in the soil and water due to its industrialization and manufacture).
Can I take your natural products if I am on any medications?
If you are currently taking medication, consult a licensed healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement. Prescription medication, just like any medication may interact with the ingredients found in a dietary supplement.
Is it to use natural products during pregnancy?
Consult a licensed healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement. We do not recommend women who are pregnant or breastfeeding use natural products.
What does non-GMO mean?
GMOs are Genetically Modified Organisms. That means farmer’s seeds were altered genetically in the lab to be better. «Non-GMO» means the seeds used to grow that product were not modified, they were made by Nature.
Is shipping free?
Shipping charges are free on orders over $50.00. If your order is less than $ 50.00, we will make a shipping charge, according to your order and destination.
Can I return the product?
All our sales are final. Apaxtli Vital has a policy of no returns or refunds. Only we will replace any item which arrives damaged as long as it is returned unopened, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will not refund shipping if applied. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are received within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. All orders are priority shipments through the USPS postal office. In high season delivery time may be delayed.
