All our sales are final. Apaxtli Vital has a policy of no returns or refunds. We will only replace  items that arrive damaged as long as it is returned unopened, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We reserve the right not to refund the postal payment if applicable.  Contact us through our email services@apaxtli.com.
