Shipping and Rates

For orders over $50 before taxes, shipping is totally free; in prices from $ 34.99 to $ 49.99 before taxes, shipping will be charged according to your order and destination, which will be calculated at the time of payment.

Shipments are made through PRIORITY USPS (United States Postal Service) only within the 48 continental United States (except Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours (excluding holidays); usually ships within 2 business days of ordering.
Apaxtli Vital is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages, or for delivery errors through the carrier, or for incorrect shipping information. We will not issue refunds or replacements.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation will appear as the final step of the order process. An email with the confirmation number will be sent to the email address provided and once the order is shipped you will be notified again by email with your tracking number.

Please note that we cannot make special requests for your package (eg «go to next door neighbor if I am not available» or «leave behind the side door»
